Curator Information Sharing: When you purchase an item, your name, shipping address, and contact information will be shared with the Curator to facilitate delivery. Curators are bound by their own privacy policies regarding your information.

Payment Processors: We share payment information with third-party payment processors (such as Stripe) to process transactions. These processors have their own privacy policies governing the use of your information.

Charitable Organizations: We share necessary information with charitable organizations to process donations made through our platform, including donation amounts and donor contact information for tax receipt purposes.

We may release your information if required to do so by law, or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with state, federal, or international laws or respond to a court order, subpoena, law enforcement or regulatory request, or search warrant.

Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important and is mandated by law. For these reasons, Effable Estates does not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information on the Service from persons under 13 years of age, and no part of our Service is directed to persons under 13.

We retain your Personally Identifiable Information even after you have closed your account if reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations (including law enforcement requests), meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms of Use, or fulfill your request to "unsubscribe" from us.

Transaction Records: We retain complete records of all auction transactions, including bids, purchases, and payments, for a minimum of seven (7) years to comply with tax regulations and to resolve any disputes that may arise.
